Summer Camp Ministry

Through our summer camp ministry thousands of children have been told that Jesus loves them and has a plan for their lives.  Yes, summer camp ministry is a great adventure for children, changing their hearts forever. Known as Breakaway this summer we had 2025 events scheduled from Virginia to Alaska.

Bring summer camp alive with wholesome, Christian music that children will love to sing.

Summer Camp is a great adventure with the prayer and support from Bayside Church, corporate sponsors, and Christian friends.

In 2025 we were able to probvide Bibles, curriculum with each location choosing a theme of their own, t-shirts, and stage scenes.

More Breakaway events were accomplished in 2025 than ever before.

In 2025 our agenda looked like this:

• Summer Camp, Hume Lake CA. June 1-7, 2025 Bayside Folsom High School students sponsored
• First Baptist Church, West Memphis TN during June 9-13, 2025 for 200 kids and adults where we provided Bibles.
• Capital Baptist Church, Annandale VA during June 16-August 15,2025 with Breakaway July 13-17, 2025 for 475 kids. 
• Covenant Church, Shaktoolik, AK June 17-22, 2025 for Covenant Bible Camp. Youth are already signing up for this Alaskan bible camp located in western Alaska. 11 families are sending their children using our scholarship funds. Nearly 400 youth attended Covenant Bible Camp in June on the North River.
• Life Church, Potosi MO beginning July 7-11, 2025 brought 800 kids and adults . 
• Pine Ride Indian Reservation Breakaway. Rosebud SD during July 14-18, 2025. 160 children and volunteers from kindergarten through 8th grade experienced  "a hope in Christ".
• Bible Camp, Eagle Rock, MO. During July 14-18, 2025 where we sponsored 23 youth from Life Church. 
• Bayside Church, Ely NV beginning July 28-31, 2025 brought 16 kids.
• New Life Church, Ellendale ND Breakaway VBS beginning Aug 4-7, 2025 brought 50+ kids.

Summer Camp Ministry Inc is a 501(c)3 organization with the Internal Revenue Service under EIN 47-2436819. We will gladly provide you a tax deductible receipt for your donation of $100, $500,  $1500, or whatever you choose to give. Your donation makes possible the funding of teen leaders, arts/crafts, and camp scholarships that allow children to experience God at summer camp.
